Murdoch Ultimate Club Inc will be holding their AGM November 14th 2014 at the Murdoch Sports Grounds club room.
All positions are open for nomination. The positions and their roles are:
1. President: their role is to lead the club, represent the clubs interests at Sport Council meetings and to the Guild. Assist in organising fundraising and recruitment.
2. Treasurer: their role is to accurately record club finances and to ensure the club has sufficient finances for all activities that it runs (such as field hire, uniforms, equipment). Treasurer should also take lead role in fundraising ventures.
3. Secretary: their role is to maintain regular (monthly/bimonthly) contact with membership, record meeting minutes. Secretary should also take lead role in recruitment activities and contact with potential new members.
4. General committee member: their role is to assist in fundraising and recruitment activities plus any other organisational tasks.
